Initial Assessment
Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your condition, covering your medical history, lifestyle, and current concerns. We carry out a detailed physical examination to assess posture, mobility, strength, and movement patterns, while also taking a holistic view of any contributing factors.
From there, we begin targeted treatment and agree on clear goals together. Our approach is collaborative, with shared decision-making to ensure your care is personalised, effective, and tailored to you.

Review Sessions
Our review sessions are designed to track your progress, refine your treatment, and ensure you're moving steadily towards your goals. We’ll reassess key areas such as mobility, strength, and function, adjusting your plan as needed to keep it relevant and effective.
These sessions also provide space to address new concerns, review any changes in your health or lifestyle, and adapt your rehabilitation accordingly. As always, we work with you through shared decision-making, keeping your recovery focused, flexible, and tailored to your evolving needs.
